With so many Vegan and Plant based Health documentaries and films now available on streaming apps like Netflix, Stan and You Tube, its hard to know where to start and what to watch first. Well I have taken some of the guess work out of it for you and listed a few of my personal favourites which are quality productions with a host of fascinating interviews with medical, nutrition or scientific experts.

1. Forks over Knives
The most comprehensive and educational Health and Nutrition film available and in my personal opinion it is the best and most informative. Promoting a Plant Based Diet, the story line traces the personal journeys of Dr. T. Colin Campbell, a nutritional biochemist from Cornell University, and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, a former top surgeon at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic.
