There is no other way to say this, than I simply could not live without this Green Juice Remedy in my day. It provides me with the most beneficial vegetables in one drink. Highly nutritious, energizing and it tastes amazing. Keeping me full for hours and stops the late afternoon energy bonk. If you are going to add one new recipe into your diet this would be my number 1 recommendation. If you try adding this juice to your daily routine either in the morning or just after lunch see how incredible you feel after only 7 days.
1/2 bunch curly kale roughly chopped and stalks removed
1/2 bunch english spinach
1 medium sized lemon quartered (skin on)
2 inch piece of ginger
2 lebanese cucumbers cut into 1 inch chunks
2 large granny smith apples pink lady apples are also delicious
1/2 bunch coriander
1/2 bunch parsley
1.Wash all produce thoroughly, cut the kale and spinach into smaller pieces to juice.
2. Rinse the ginger and peel the skin, chop into 1 inch chunks
4. Wash lemons and cut into halves
5. Wash apples and cut into quarters, leave skin on,
6. Wash the herbs and cut into smaller stems to make juicing easier.
7. Juice all ingredients until finished and drink immediately or they can be stored in airtight glass jars in the fridge for up to 72 hours if using a cold pressed juicer, if you have a centrifugal juicer you must drink these within 15 minutes if juicing so they don't oxidize.
