Healthy is a state of balance and connection between body, mind and spirit – that shines from the inside out. Imagine waking up every day full of energy, feeling refresh and happy every day from morning until evening. To be happy and healthy is just a natural condition of the human body, if you find within yourself missing those qualities it´s means that something is wrong, out of the natural state of balance.
But remember: As soon as you get your balance again, life starts to smile for you and all your days will be glowing. Detox can be a great way to bring you back to a healthy condition.

What does it means to detox?

Detox it is a natural technique (free of drugs) to assist the body to get rid of toxic and harmful substances from the system, like for example:

• inflammations
• heavy metals
• gases
• parasites

If you have been eating meat, dairy, ‘Frank-stein food’ (processed and package food),caffeine, or expose to amalgam fillings, pollution, household, bath and beauty products, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs (prescription and recreational) and you never cleansed before, probably you have toxins accumulated in your system. Some people have more impurities stored than others, it will depend how efficient your elimination system is.“You will never find yourself until you find the true.”

Why should we detox?

Normally our body has a natural ability to deal with debris substances, however nowadays we are being exposed to high levels of harmful substances and sometimes, because of low immunity and bad function of the body´s system, we start to keep instead of releasing toxins. Imagine how many years of accumulation our body has been obliged to deal with.

Think of your body as a powerful machine, like a car. At regular intervals you send your car to the garage for a check-up. Sometimes the car looks very clean and shiny from the outside, but inside the oil is very dirty and thick, the filters are completely polluted and at any time the car could stop. Our body is exactly the same. We need to clean our filters and recharge our batteries in order to thrive on the road of life.

When the body is overwhelmed by toxins we may experience some kind of symptoms for example: becoming irritable, stressed, find it difficult to concentrate, tired, experience migraines, headache, gas, bloating, constipation, stomach pain, insomnia, seasonal or food allergies, varicose veins, psoriasis, acne, unpleasant body odor and lack of libido.
Cleansing it is a very effective way to prevent and heal diseases.

Curiosity: Have you ever wondered that when we get sick, the first thing that happens is we lose our appetite. That is the natural way of our body trying to fast and detox, which means the body stops the digestive process to keep all the energy, in order to purify, heal, repair and rejuvenate.
